In a quart jar combine:
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup half and half or cream
2 T. white vinegar
1/2 - 1T. minced (dry or fresh) garlic
1/2 T. dried onion flakes
1 tsp. onion powder
1 T. fresh dill, chopped fine
1 T. fresh thyme, chopped fine
1/4 c. mayo (optional)
Combine in salad shaker or jar and shake vigorously until well mixed.
Place in refrigerator overnight or for several hours, before serving.
Keeps for one week in the fridge. Enjoy!
